Regulating, Voicing, and Tuning a Steinway

Apart from the inevitable eraser shavings that come with being a piano teacher, this old upright (1960) is still playing well, though it needs regular maintenance. Without regular maintenance, it will sound like a broken accordion in no time flat! On this scheduled maintenance, two visits were needed. I ordered tuning, voicing, and regulating.
